U.S. shipping

HHBAURA currently offers free tracked shipping for eligible U.S. orders. Any available shipping option and cost are shown at checkout before payment.

Processing

Orders are normally processed in 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Processing may take longer during holidays or unusually busy periods.

Estimated delivery

Estimated U.S. delivery is 7–15 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier, customs, holidays, or conditions outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed after dispatch. Tracking may take 3–7 days to begin showing movement. You can also use our order lookup.

Delays

If we learn that we cannot ship within the stated time, we will contact you with updated information and the option to agree to the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
